AE Struck medal by Giovanni da Cavino, c.1550.  14.96g. 29mm.  Diademed bust of Homer to right.  Rev. River-god reclining to right with overturned water jug and reed; lyre above.  Basel 112, 1.6.  Cessi_.    Some areas of light corrosion.   Reddish- brown patina.

This type is copied from a Greek bronze coin of Amastris.
