AR Tetrobol, 3.19g. 15mm.  Head of Athena to left wearing a crested helmet.  Rev.  Forepart of Pegasus to right; astragalos in field to left. Corpus Nummorum Online type 13027.  Troxell, "Orontes, satrap of Mysia", in SNR 60, 1981, p. 29.1var.(astragalos).   Fine style and toned.  Rare and among the best known examples.  Troxell only knew of 8 examples of this type but none with the astragalos symbol.
