AR Tetradrachm, 16.95g. 33mm.  1st Meris, c.167-149 B.C. Head of Artemis to right  in center of a Macedonian shield; bow and quiver on her shoulder.   Rev.  Club sourrounded by oak wreath.  Fine style and toned on a large flan.

AR Tetradrachm, 16.84g. 28mm. c.148-147 B.C. Roman Embassy to Macedonia issue during the Republic.     Diademed and draped bust of Artemis to right with bow and  quiver on her shoulder in the center of a Macedonian shield.  Rev. Hand holding olive branch to left above club; oak wreath around. MacKay, Macedonian Studies, Series 1,3c.   AMNG 63,194.   High relief head of fine style and with lovely old cabinet toning.
