AR Tetradrachm, 16.95g. 33mm.  1st Meris, c.167-149 B.C. Head of Artemis to right  in center of a Macedonian shield; bow and quiver on her shoulder.   Rev.  Club sourrounded by oak wreath.  Fine style and toned on a large flan.

Ionia, Magnesia Ad Maendrum
AR Tetradrachm, 16.76g. 30mm. c.150-140 B.C. magistrate: Euphemos, son of Pausanios.   Diademed and draped bust of Artemis to right with bow and quiver on shoulder.  Rev Apollo  Delphios standing to left holding fillet; decorated tripod behind; meander pattern below; all within laurel wreath.    Jones, ANSMN 24, pls. 23-24.   High relief head of Artemis in a refined  style executed by a gifted engraver.  Attractive light toning with beautiful relective surfaces.

AR Drachm, 4.14g. 18mm. 3rd century B.C. Laureate head of Artemis to right; bow and quiver on shoulder.  Rev. Artemis standing to left holding a wreath and scepter; stag at her feet.    SNG France 332.   Toned and scarce in this quality.
